Race Car Service and Repair Bay Area - Ferrari F12 M spied testing - Zucchi Motorsports - Sonoma - 707-334-3700

What with the LaFerrari, the imminent 488 GTB and the continued appreciation of classic Ferraris, the F12 hasn't been at the centre of the Maranello limelight for a little while. Which appears a rather ridiculous statement given it's a 740hp, V12 supercar that costs $370,000.
Is there even more power on the way?Is there even more power on the way?
Still, that's the mad Ferrari universe that now exists and the F12 is due for a facelift having been launched in 2012. As follows typical 12-cylinder Ferrari nomenclature - 456, 512, 575 - it is expected to take the M for 'modificata' badge.
So what to expect from an F12M? From these images only the rear is disguised, implying a few tweaks to the arches and bootlid as what can be seen looks identical. But Ferrari facelifts don't tend to be mild, usually centred on increased power and improved dynamics as well as styling updates. Where exactly Ferrari can take the F12 from its already pretty frenzied state will be fascinating to discover.
These are early pics of a refreshed F12 so don't expect anything official from Ferrari for a while yet. It tends to reserve the most significant debuts for Geneva, and 2016 would be four years since the original car was on display. More to follow as it's available!
